Refunds And Returns

Customers wishing to return a purchase must notify Always Bright via email within 90 days of purchase at info@alwaysbright.me before returning the product to start the return process and after it has arrived in our warehouse to process their refund (according to track and trace). Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.

1. The customer is responsible for all return/transport costs, except for when an order must be returned due to a mistake made by Always Bright. For returns of products that do not result from an error by Always Bright, you must ship the item at your own expense. 

2. All returned merchandise products must be purchased from alwaysbright.com and returned within 90 days of the date of purchase. 

3. To return an item due to an Always Bright error, please email our customer service at info@alwaysbright.me to obtain a goods return label free of charge.

4. If a merchandise label has been provided, the number must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned package. The returned package must include a copy of your proof of purchase for the returned item.

5. Returnable containers may not weigh more than 25 kg each.

6. To receive a full refund, all orders must be returned in their original packaging. Used items do not qualify. Items and packaging must be undamaged and only used to try out the product. No more than one sachet may be consumed. 

7. As soon as the returned goods have been received, a credit note will be issued based on the original method of payment.

8. A user of our shop may receive additional special offers after confirming the order. These may be additional discounts on future orders or other promotions available at a particular time. If a user decides to take advantage of such promotions and orders the same item, but this time uses the discount and cancels the original order, we will not be able to fulfill such requests. In this case, only the new order with the discount can be canceled and refunded.

9. It is not possible to combine different promotions and discounts.

10. Discounts cannot be combined with bundle offers.

11. A standard 5% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund payments to cover administrative and logistics costs.

12. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days and will be refunded to the original payment method.
