Returns and Refunds
- Customer is responsible for all return/transportation costs. For product returns that are not the result of Always Bright's error, you will be required to ship the item at your own expense. Customers wishing to return a purchase are requested to notify Always Bright by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the email.

- All returned merchandise must be purchased from alwaysbright.me and returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- To return an item due to an Always Bright error, please contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com to obtain a merchandise returns label.
- If a goods label has been provided, the number must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned package. The returned package must include a copy of your proof of purchase for the returned product.
- Return packaging may not weigh more than 25 kg.
- All orders must be returned in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Used items are not eligible for a full refund.
- Once the returned goods have been received, a credit note will be issued based on the original method of payment.
- A user of our store may receive additional special offers after confirming the order. This could include additional discounts on future orders or other promotions available at a certain time. If a user decides to take advantage of such promotions and orders the same item, but this time takes advantage of the discount and cancels the original order, we will not be able to fulfill such requests. In this case, only the new order with the discount can be canceled and refunded.
- It is not possible to combine different promotions and discounts.
- Discounts cannot be combined with bundle offers.
